Steve wants to propose that Michelle use the POV and save himself or Dan and that Jesse put up Libra and everyone vote her out. Angie passed on the info to Memphis who pretty much said that was going to be impossible.
Meanwhile Libra has apparently become very suspicious that some of her loose alliance members are aligned with Angie (she has been pushing to get Angie out this week and can't understand why people are putting her off).
I think she plans on confronting Jesse directly later on to ask him if he is an alliance with Angie.
Might be interesting.

oh I really hope they pull it off!! she a way bigger threat than dan or steve and their perceived slights for liking Brian.
not to mention two major flips getting 2 major players out in the first two weeks would be beautiful and back to what BB is all about.....

this would be a great move for the house and for the viewers......but this early in the game, who has the balls to pull a major move and put the target on their back? Not Jesse, he seems like such a puss and everyone else is happy they are not on the block and are keeping their heads down. Well lets hope something happens cause I am not a Libra fan. What is with being named for your astrological sign anyway. "Hey whats your name?.... Libra...So what's your sign baby, oh wait"
I don't think Libra is really a big threat as a potential winner, as even without the recent shit-stirring she's only destined for a short time in the house.
But she is a big threat to individual people's opportunities to win, as Brian found out last week. This appears to be dissipating, though, if she can't even get the Barbie Twins to listen to her reasons to eliminate my girl.
I also don't understand why Steve thinks the whole house should be in on the plan. Why not just quietly orchestrate the nomination, and then work the house for the votes? I don't think there's any doubt that if she was put up there would be more than enough votes to boot her. I can think of four people that would vote to evict no matter what, three people that would probably vote evict, and even the remaining people have enough doubt that it wouldn't shock me if it was unanimous.
Of course, these tools believe that everybody must think alike, and any time spent with a nominee (let alone a vote) is grounds for treason.
MAJOR blow up on the feeds, Jerry confronted Libra regarding her comments after the fod comp regarding losing because of having the old people on her team. LIBRA wigged ou and started yelling at everyone and REnny confrinted her about hat she said and Libra denied denied denied...I heard the original comment and it sure came across to me like she was trying to backhandedly blame Jerry and Renny for losing....
