New Alliance - Too Little Too Late?

Around midnight last night, Lydia was kicked out of the HOH so the Athletes could have a meeting. Of course, Jeff was not invited into this conversation.

Kevin and Lydia then had a lengthy conversation with Jeff and Jordan. Although they denied knowing that Casey was going to be put up, they seem to finally realize that they're just being used by Jessie and Natalie to get info on the rest of the house. "We can't let an 18 year-old run us", Lydia said.

They also caught Ronnie and Michelle whispering, and have decided they can't trust either of them. Well, they knew they can't trust Ronnie, but they now realize Michelle is playing both sides.

The conversation ends with a pinkie swear to not put each other up.

wow, this years players seem a bit slow on the uptake

At some point someone from the group in power has to make a move. They can't wait till there is 5 people left in the house where they have to start picking each other off. Somebody will make a move in the next 2 weeks to break up the power so they can go further. I see Russell in the best position to do this. If Jeff can turn Russell, with Lydia and Kevin on their side, the game will change drastically.

Really? Hmm - missed this - too bad Casey is going out. An alliance of four won't hold up very well unless one of them wins - and I don't have faith that Lydia and Kevin will stick with any 'plan' other than sticking with Jesse at this point. They are involved in reducing their clique to 2 this week - not smart.

Too bad, I wouldn't trust Lydia anymore than I can throw her.

Ya know gang...I can't seem to figure out how CBS and Showtime 2 are getting any mileage out of BBAD. It's pretty obvious that the players are told to suspend game play between midnight and 3 AM. What the viewer gets to sit and watch are people sitting around eating...with lots of lip smacking, etc. Then you get to see somebody sleep for awhile. That is certainly riveting. Then comes the chess match and the pooltable action. My bum gets sore from sitting on the edge of my chair from the excitement.

By the time we get to watch people brush their teeth and clean their toe cheese we are worn out from the sheer adventure.

Yeah, an hour later Lydia tried to crawl in bed with Jessie but he refused to stir.

As for BBAD and even a good portion of the feeds, I completely agree. Watching Jessie and Natalie pick their toes, or Chima plucking her eyebrows, is impossible to watch. I especially hate when all four cams are on that same action.

I'd hate to be the BBAD director. Look at last night - you could either show Jessie lecturing Michelle for an hour, constantly repeating himself, or Casey, Jordan, and Jeff repeating over and over how they're fucked.

The feeds are super boring now. Nothing going on during the lock down. Did anyone else catch Jesse and Lydia talking? Jesse asked Lydia if she thinks Michelle was taking herself off. I wanna punch Jess in the head. No shit she's taking herself off you idiot. What did he think she wouldn't because it would benefit Jesse? Sorry Jesse the world doesn't revolve around you.

The biggest turn off is when people are eating. I always get irritated if I hear someone eating their food. With the mics turned up so loud all you can hear is the smacking and licking of people eating. YUCK!!! The only thing I saw good on BBAD was right at the beginning when Russell and Lydia got Jordan to talk about her likes and dislikes with sex. She even straddled Jeff to demonstrate her favorite position.

I hate when they their mics up and the Hg is in bed. All you hear is the sheets.

This season has been a major disappointment, starting with letting Jesse back. What a mistake. I have completely lost interest in the show. Im cancelling the feeds and hardly watch after dark anymore. The TV show is weak, the only reason to watch is for the HOH comp. CBS screwed up bad this time.

You gotta feel bad for Casey. In the banana suit and probably getting voted out soon.

I agree with you there David. This is almost as bad as, Big Brother 9. I didn't like that season at all.

So if Lydia and Kevin are serious and went with keeping Casey and took Jordan out, since she is not really playing... you could possibly sway Russel to keep Casey and have
Lydia, Kevin, Russel, Michelle, against, Natalie, Ronnie, Shima, and Jeff who won't vote Jordan out even if it is for his own good... or would he? Crap thats a split house... and Jesse gets to vote... hmmmm

If Jordan does go home, that may benefit Jeff's game.

Natalie is SUCH a loose cannon. She is sitting in the HoH, throwing demands at Jesse to put up Lydia today at the PoV ceremony. Maybe we'll all get lucky and, Jesse will shut her up and throw her ass up.

Kevin and Lydia just approached Michele. They told her how as pawns they have to get together with Jordan and Jeff and start getting rid of the athletes. If they can win HOH Thursday ( any of those 5 ) this could start to get interesting again.

I really see this house flipping next week. The ball is gonna be in Jeff and Jordan's end of the court.

Scott said...

We've said that before, but everybody ends up catering to King Jessie. Lydia and Kevin both believe anything that's said to them, so while they may talk tough the moment Jessie or Russell say something they're back on Jessie's side.

David__ said...

Yes, that is true Scott. I go back to my orginal comment. I don't trust Lydia.

If this group of 4 holds up past this afternoon, there are all 4 of them playing in the HoH. Against Ronnie, ManchelleV2 and Russel. Chima seems uninterested in competitions, and assuming Michele is a wildcard- that's still 4-3. They DO have a chance to win power next week, and knock an athlete out.

I agree that Russel is completely swayable. He knows that Natalie and Jesse are loyal to one another beyond all else, and that has to nag at him knowing he's the odd man out. He seems less interested in keeping a clique together and more in furthering himself in the game, regardless of who it's with.

I agree with you Ale that Chima will not participate in anything physical but she would do fine in mentals... That makes it 3 to 3 at best because Jordan cant even tell time must less win anything that requires any thought...

Its possible that she could win a "guess the number" contest but HoH's are usually physical or mental which eliminates her from any chance which so ever

That puts it at 3-3 and with lydia on your team, you might as well say 3-2 for the atheletes. she just want Jesse at all cost. If Jeff or Kevin dont win, they are done

lmanson said...

Maybe if they promise Lydia that if she helps them they will get Natalie out Casey could stay... it might work out...

Oh really, that means you got to get chima to cross over and get Jeff to vote out Jordan. Aint going to happen. But its a good dream anyway
